30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription fee. Usage credits, add-ons, pass-through fees, and third-party charges are excluded. Email [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your initial paid charge. Read on for full terms.
1. What Is Refundable
The following amounts are eligible for refund under this policy:
- The first subscription fee charged for the RepDesk service plan in your checkout currency, refundable in full if requested within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial paid charge.
- For the annual prepaid plan: a full refund is available within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial annual charge. After day 30 of the annual term, no refund is available for the remaining months of the annual term.
2. What Is Not Refundable
Important: usage-based charges and add-on services are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
2.1 Usage-Based Costs (Pass-Through Charges)
Communication usage incurred during your subscription is paid from a separate prepaid credit balance on your account. These pass-through usage costs are not refundable and include, without limitation:
- SMS / MMS message charges (per-message)
- Outbound phone call minutes
- Inbound phone call minutes
- Toll-free messaging surcharges
- Email delivery beyond included quotas
- AI-driven receptionist or AI-employee minutes (when used)
- Premium third-party integrations consumed during your service period
Usage costs are calculated and deducted from your prepaid credit balance as they occur. Any unused balance at the time of cancellation is not refundable in cash; however, it remains available for use until the end of your current paid subscription period.
2.2 Add-On Services and Custom Work
Add-on services and any work commissioned beyond the standard subscription plan are not refundable, regardless of when refund is requested. This includes, without limitation:
- Google Business Profile optimization packages
- Advanced SEO services (backlinks, content production, press releases)
- Google Ads or paid traffic management
- Custom automations, workflows, or integrations
- Additional websites or sub-account builds beyond your primary site
- Logo design, brand identity work, or graphic design services
- Any one-off project quoted and accepted separately from the subscription plan
2.3 Other Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees paid by you to a third-party registrar (we do not collect these)
- Charges incurred after the 30-day window from your first paid charge
- Third-party costs we are billed and pass through (carrier fees, regulatory fees, taxes)
- Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on file with your RepDesk account.
- Include your business name, the date of your initial charge, and a brief reason. The reason is not required to receive the refund within the 30-day window; we ask only for product-improvement purposes.
- You will receive an automated confirmation within minutes and a personal response within one (1) business day.
- Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer typically reflects the credit within an additional five (5) to ten (10) banking days.
4. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation and refund are separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future charges. Service continues until the end of the current paid period. See the Cancellation Policy.
- Refund returns money already charged within the 30-day window. After 30 days, refund is not available, but you can still cancel future charges at any time.
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge on your card was unauthorized or in error, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved within hours when handled directly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at repdesk.ai/refund-policy with the effective date shown at the top.
