Careers

Build the operating system for the people who build everything else.

Most software companies build for white-collar offices. RepDesk is built for the people who keep the lights on, the pipes flowing, the roofs over heads, and the lawns alive. Every week our customers ship real work into the physical world. The least we can do is build them software that earns its place on their phone.

The Mission

Every contractor in the country, regardless of size, age, or technical comfort, should have the marketing infrastructure of a company ten times their size. That is the bar. We are not there yet. We are looking for the people who will get us there.

What we believe

Build for the trade, not the tech crowd

Every decision starts with the contractor on the ladder, not the dashboard on the laptop. If a feature does not save a contractor time, money, or a customer, it does not ship.

Show up. Then ship.

Hard problems need consistency, not heroics. We move quickly because we cut what does not matter, not because we cut corners on what does.

Honest over impressive

We tell customers the truth. We tell each other the truth. That includes when something is hard, broken, or not working. The path forward is always clearer once it is on the table.

Outcomes own the calendar

We do not measure days at the desk. We measure pipeline, activation, retention, and the customers we wake up easier than yesterday. The rest is process.

How we work

  • Remote by design. We hire across time zones because the right person rarely lives where you expect.
  • Asynchronous first. Important decisions go in writing so good ideas do not depend on who was loudest in the meeting.
  • Small team, real ownership. You will not be the seventh person on a feature. You will own the surface and ship it.
  • Tools we love. Linear, Notion, GitHub, Slack, Loom. Bring your own keyboard.

Open roles

Hiring opens and closes throughout the year. If a role you would be perfect for is not listed, write to us anyway.

Senior Frontend Engineer

EngineeringRemote (Europe / Americas)Full-time$140K – $190K + equity

Own the surface contractors touch every day: the marketing site that has to convert from a single Google search, the onboarding that activates a stranger in under fifteen minutes, the dashboard a contractor's wife checks from the passenger seat of the truck.

You will own the surface that contractors touch every day. The marketing site that has to convert from a single Google search. The onboarding flow that turns a stranger into an activated customer in under fifteen minutes. The dashboard a contractor's wife checks from her phone in the truck. Every interface choice you ship has a measurable impact on conversion, activation, and retention.

What you will do

  • Lead the front-end architecture across our marketing site, app shell, and embedded widgets
  • Ship a Static Site Generation migration (Astro or Vite-prerender) so every page loads in under 1.5 seconds
  • Build a design system from the ground up: tokens, primitives, motion, accessibility
  • Partner with our designer on weekly design-engineering pairings, not handoffs
  • Take ownership of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, and page-speed regressions

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years building production React applications, ideally in a small team where you owned the front-end
  • Strong opinions on TypeScript, performance budgets, and what good CSS looks like in 2026
  • Comfortable navigating a codebase that mixes server-rendered HTML, React islands, and embedded widgets
  • Care about craft. You read your own diffs before opening the PR

Customer Success Lead

CustomerRemote (US-friendly hours)Full-time$90K – $130K + equity

Be the first voice a contractor hears after they swipe their card. Run every onboarding call yourself for the first hundred customers, then build the system that lets the next hires deliver the same experience at scale.

You are the first voice a contractor hears after they swipe their card. Their last impression of every agency that came before us was a hand-off email and a forgotten Slack channel. Yours will be a live human on a call, learning their business, watching them get their first lead while still in the onboarding session. The retention rates of every contractor who joins after you do are your scoreboard.

What you will do

  • Run every onboarding call personally for the first 100 customers, then build the system that lets the next CS hires deliver the same experience at scale
  • Define and own the activation milestone: the contractor's first booked job sourced through RepDesk
  • Build out a 30-60-90 day customer journey with email, SMS, and in-app touchpoints
  • Sit in on sales calls, write the FAQ, write the help docs, write the loom videos
  • Be the loudest voice in product reviews when something is broken in the customer experience

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success, ideally in a SMB or trades-adjacent vertical
  • Genuinely enjoy talking to small business owners and learning the messy reality of their operations
  • Comfortable being measured on retention cohorts, not ticket-closure rates
  • Builder energy. You see a gap and fill it with a Loom and a Notion doc instead of waiting for a meeting

Account Executive (Inbound)

RevenueRemoteFull-time$80K – $110K base + uncapped commission

Run discovery calls with contractor owners who already saw the demo, already booked the slot, already know what we do. Your job is to listen, show real dashboards instead of decks, and close.

View details

Our pipeline does not fill itself, but our marketing fills most of it for you. You will run discovery calls with contractor owners who already know what we do, already saw the demo video, and already booked the slot. Your job is to listen carefully, show real dashboards instead of decks, answer the real questions, and close. We do not believe in artificial urgency or cheesy closes. The product is the close.

What you will do

  • Run 20-30 inbound discovery calls per week, qualifying and closing on the same call where appropriate
  • Customize live demos using our internal sandbox environment, not a slide deck
  • Pipe every objection back into our messaging team and product team with specifics, not summaries
  • Hit a quota tied to net-new MRR, with uncapped commissions on overachievement
  • Build follow-up sequences for prospects who need more than one call to decide

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years closing SaaS deals at $200-$2,000 MRR price points
  • Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity inbound motion
  • Comfortable with technical demos and contractor industry vocabulary (or eager to learn it fast)
  • Hate fake urgency, manipulation, or anything that smells like late-2010s sales bro culture

Marketing Lead

MarketingRemoteFull-time$130K – $170K + equity

Own the entire demand engine. Your scoreboard is qualified pipeline, not impressions. Lead our programmatic SEO play across 80+ trade verticals and hundreds of US service areas, and pipe every learning back into product.

View details

We are growing through honest, durable channels: organic search, content marketing, programmatic SEO, partnerships, and word of mouth from contractors who actually got results. You will own the entire demand engine. Your scoreboard is qualified pipeline, not impressions. If a campaign costs us more to run than it returns within 90 days, we cut it. If a content piece drives 50 monthly contractor visits in year three, we double down.

What you will do

  • Own the demand generation P&L: SEO, paid social, content, partnerships, lifecycle email
  • Lead our programmatic SEO play across 80+ trade verticals and hundreds of US service areas
  • Manage paid budget across Meta, Google, and YouTube, with a CAC-payback target under 6 months
  • Build the content engine: deep guides for contractor owners, programmatic location and trade pages, integration partner co-marketing
  • Measure everything. Report on it weekly to the founders in plain English, not vanity dashboards

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years in SaaS marketing, ideally with a stretch at an early-stage company where you wore many hats
  • Strong on at least two of: SEO and content, paid acquisition, lifecycle and email, partnerships
  • Numerate. You can build a unit economics model in a spreadsheet without asking a finance person
  • Allergic to hype copy. Comfortable writing in plain language for an audience that has been lied to by agencies for twenty years

Product Designer

ProductRemoteFull-time$130K – $180K + equity

Design the system a contractor uses every day for the next ten years of their business. Most of them are over fifty, most of them resent software, none of them have time for a tutorial. Beautiful is good. Useful is non-negotiable.

You will design the system a contractor uses every day for the next ten years of their business. Most of them are over fifty. Most of them resent software. None of them have time to read a tutorial. The bar is brutal: every screen has to make sense in the back of a truck, between jobs, with one hand holding a coffee. Beautiful is good. Useful is non-negotiable.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end design from first sketch through shipped pixel: marketing site, onboarding, dashboard, mobile
  • Build a design system the team can maintain without you in the room
  • Run usability sessions with real contractor customers monthly. Watch the truck videos. Listen to the calls.
  • Pair tightly with engineering. We do not ship Figma files over the wall.
  • Be the loudest defender of the customer when product, sales, or marketing wants to add complexity

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years designing production B2B SaaS, with at least one role in a small team where you owned the surface
  • Portfolio shows shipping work, not pretty mockups that never went live
  • Comfortable with SaaS information density: dashboards, settings panels, multi-step flows
  • Genuinely curious about the people you design for. Will get on a Zoom with a roofer in Kansas without flinching
